Delete your Kadi account

Kadi — the East African card game, published by OLIN INNOVATIONS LIMITED.

You can permanently delete your Kadi account at any time. Playing offline doesn't need an account — this page is only for players who signed up.

Delete it in the app

  1. Open Kadi and tap your profile (your avatar and name at the top of the home screen).
  2. Tap Account & cloud save.
  3. Under Delete account, enter your password and tap Permanently delete.

Your account is deleted immediately.

No longer have the app?

Email info@olininnovations.co.ke from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my Kadi account" (include your @username if you remember it). We'll confirm the request comes from the account owner, then delete the account within 30 days and email you when it's done.

What is deleted

  • Your account: name, email address, @username and password
  • All sign-ins on every device
  • Your cloud save: level, XP, statistics, achievements and cosmetics
  • Your Kadi Coins balance and coin history
  • Your friends, invites, ratings, rankings, and season and Cup progress

What is not affected

  • Progress saved on your phone stays there, as a guest profile, until you uninstall the app or clear its data.
  • Anonymous usage statistics and crash reports were never linked to your account; they're deleted automatically after 180 and 90 days.
  • Server logs are deleted automatically after 7 days.
  • Records of games you played may remain for other players' history, without any link to you.

Deleting your account can't be undone. More details are in the Kadi privacy policy.
