Privacy Policy

OLIN INNOVATIONS LIMITED ("we", "us"), Nakuru, Kenya, runs this website and builds software for institutions and the public. This page explains what this website collects. Each of our apps has its own privacy policy, listed below.

Software we build for a client institution (for example a school or hotel system) is operated for that institution, whose own privacy notice applies to the people it serves.

Contact form

When you send us a message, we receive your name, email address, subject and message by email, so that we can reply. We keep that correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any work that follows. We don't use it for unrelated marketing, and we don't sell it.

Cookies and local storage

• A session cookie keeps the contact form secure (spam and forgery protection). It expires when your browser session ends.
• Your light/dark theme choice is saved in your browser only.

This website uses no advertising or analytics trackers.

Third-party services

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and some scripts from a public content network (jsDelivr). Like any web server, these services receive your IP address when your browser requests the files. Our own servers keep standard technical logs (such as IP addresses and request times) for security.

Your rights

Under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019 (and similar laws where you live), you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use. Email info@olininnovations.co.ke. You can also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (Kenya).

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
